We know that when it comes to lifestyle-related illness, two of the most common are smoking and drinking alcohol to excess.
Stopping smoking and reducing our alcohol intake will offer significant benefits to both our physical and mental health. We will experience increased energy levels, improved mood and will contribute to a longer and healthier life, so we can live more fully and engage more positively both personally and at work.
