A new workplace wellbeing programme is now available – and is designed to improve workplace culture and enhance employee wellbeing.
Rise Workplace Wellbeing is passionate about providing high quality health and wellbeing e-learning packages, designed to help organisations create a long lasting, happier and healthier workforce.
Harnessing decades of expertise and knowledge we have developed our own workplace wellbeing packages which are holistically designed with the modern workforce in mind and deliver these directly to you.
The importance of workplace wellbeing cannot be overstated. 1.8 million workers in Great Britain suffered from work-related ill-health in 2022/23 (HSE, 2023). Among these, work-related stress, depression, or anxiety was identified as the leading cause. This alarming statistic highlights the urgent need for organisations to prioritise workplace wellbeing initiatives.
Research by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2022 found that organisations taking a strategic approach to wellbeing are far more likely to report numerous positive outcomes for both employees and the organisation.
Investing in employee wellbeing not only reduces absenteeism and increases productivity but can also enhance overall workplace morale and job satisfaction.
To help organisations improve employee wellbeing, Rise has developed the Workplace Wellbeing e-learning programme. This programme consists of nine easy-to-follow modules that aim to deepen understanding of various aspects of wellbeing and equip employees with practical strategies to integrate into their daily routines.
The modules cover a wide range of topics essential for holistic health, including:
- Nutrition: Eating your way to better health
- Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work
- Stress Management
- Smoking and Alcohol
- Physical Activity for a Better You
- Menopause
- The Power of Sleep
- Balancing Hybrid Working
- Mindfulness
In addition to the e-learning modules, Rise offers a fitness programme featuring practical exercises that can be easily incorporated into the workday. These exercises are designed to promote physical health, which in turn supports mental wellbeing and overall productivity.
All income generated from the Rise Workplace Wellbeing programme is reinvested into Rise’s charitable initiatives, amplifying its impact on the community and supporting those in need.
